Performance Task Class

Remember the Frogs Super Bowl Budweiser commercials, “Bud” “Weis” “Er,” or potentially the most iconic and Rare Budweiser Clydesdale 9/11 Super Bowl Ad? Budweiser also has a commercial in which a dog fetches a cold beer for his best friend.

This Performance Task Class we offer is based on teaching you and your furry friend the necessary skill set for your dog to potentially fetch a beer, get you the car keys or open a door. At Pawsitive Attitudes, LLC we can help you achieve your furry friends tasking goals via our six-step program:

  1. Establish a Strong Foundation with Basic Commands

  2. Use Positive Reinforcement Techniques

  3. Break Tasks into Small, Achievable Steps

  4. Train for Specialized Tasks

  5. Be Patient and Stay Consistent

  6. Practice in Different Environments

Training your dog to perform specific tasks is not only a fun bonding activity, but it can also enhance your dog’s well-being and improve its quality of life. Whether you want to train your dog to fetch your slippers or assist with more complex tasks, the process is rooted in patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement.
